Terms of Use

1.3. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date. Borderless and its affiliates, representatives, and partners shall not be liable for any consequences arising directly or indirectly from any inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by you.

3.1. Borderless facilitates access to experiences and does not itself organize, host, operate, or control the venue, stadium, event, or third-party experience provider.

3.3. Any views or statements made by third parties during the Experience do not necessarily reflect the views of Borderless.

3.4. Borderless does not endorse or make any recommendation regarding any products, services, or content presented during the Experience.

4.1. Certain experiences may be delivered through third-party applications, streaming platforms, or services (each a "Third-Party Service Provider").

4.2. In the event of any communication made to you in parallel by the Third-Party Service Provider, which may differ from these Terms or from any agreed format between us and the Third-Party Service Provider, you must address such communication directly with the Third-Party Service Provider. We shall not be responsible for any liability arising from such communication or associated circumstances.

5.2. We may, at our sole discretion, disqualify any individual and cancel their access without refund and/or take any other action as we may deem appropriate if such individual is found to have: (a) tampered with the eligibility process or the operation of these Terms; (b) acted in violation of the provisions set forth in Clause 5.1; or (c) engaged in misconduct or unlawful behaviour towards Borderless or any of its affiliates, representatives, or partners.

6.2. The Experience is accessed and attended at your own risk.

8.1. The Experience made available by us is on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9.1. Any refund in relation to this Experience is at the discretion of Borderless.

9.2. Refunds shall also be contingent upon whether you have satisfied these Terms, as well as any existing or future restrictions that may be imposed by our partner banks.

9.3. We shall refund any funds in the same manner as the deposited payment or in a manner we may decide, subject to all regulatory and compliance norms.

9.4. The refunded amount will be subject to additional or separate handling charges and taxes, if applicable, according to the refund method.

9.5. Whether the refund request will be approved or declined shall be at our sole discretion and is final and binding.

9.6. If you are a registered user with Borderless, and your account has been suspended due to any violation of the current User License Agreement or any other abuse or fraudulent activities detected, no refund is provided under any circumstances.

9.7. If you are a registered user with Borderless, and your account is subject to any demonstrably proposed or actual litigation, regulatory investigation, or action proceedings, any refund, if applicable, shall be suspended until the resolution of the aforementioned matter.

10.1. Once a refund request is received and assessed, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the request.

10.2. Our support team will contact you to confirm the request or ask for additional information.

10.3. We shall notify you of the approval or rejection.

10.4. Refunds shall be made after deducting a cancellation fee for services already rendered.

10.5. If the refund request is approved, and initiated from our end, processing of such refund request to the original payment method may take up to fifteen (15) business days.

10.6. If you have not received a refund, you must check your bank account again and then contact your bank or card issuer. It may take some time before the funds are available in the account, as there are often specific processing periods before a refund is applied.

10.7. If you have followed all the instructions and have not received the refund, please contact our support team at vip@borderless.world.

13.1. These Terms and associated Provisions may not be modified in any way by you.

13.2. This Experience made available to you and these Terms applicable thereto are intended solely for promotional purposes and should not be construed in any way as investment advice in accordance with the extant Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, as amended from time to time, or otherwise.

13.3. You shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulatory or compliance requirements in connection with your participation in this Experience.

13.4. We will not be liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of any Force Majeure event which includes circumstances beyond our control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government in its sovereign or contractual capacity, acts of public enemies or terrorists, acts of civil or military authority, war, riots, civil strife, terrorism, blockades, sabotage, rationing, embargoes, epidemics, pandemics, earthquakes, fire, flood, quarantine restrictions, power shortages or failures, outages whether planned or unplanned, utility or communication failures or delays, labour disputes, strikes, or shortages, supply shortages, equipment failures, or software malfunctions.

13.5. We may disclose any information or details relating to these Terms, or otherwise relevant, to regulators or other competent authorities if required under applicable law.

13.6. We shall not be liable for any tax implications, legal consequences, or compliance obligations arising from your use of our platform, services or any benefits received under this Experience. You are advised to seek independent tax and legal advice.
